Version Two s.r.o. (the "Controller") processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Slovak data protection law.

We collect name, email address, phone number, and job title necessary to operate the StaffIo service. GPS location of workers is collected only during active shifts and only with their explicit consent.

Data is used solely to provide the service, send service notifications, and fulfil legal obligations. We do not sell data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data is retained for the duration of the contract and 3 years after termination, unless a shorter period is required by law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, and object to processing of your personal data. Submit a request to info@staffio.sk.
