Every worker who checks in at least once on a given event day counts as one person-day. People who are invited but do not show up are not charged.
For multi-day events, each day is calculated independently. A worker who attends only one day is billed for only that one day.
Volume is counted across the entire event. When total check-ins exceed 500 or 1,000 the lower rate applies automatically – no manual configuration needed.
