Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Version Two s.r.o. (Provider) and customers using the StaffIo platform.

The StaffIo platform is provided as SaaS. The Provider guarantees 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.

Billing is monthly in advance. Unpaid invoices past due date result in suspension of access. A 20% discount applies to annual subscriptions.

The Provider is not liable for damages caused by misuse of the platform or force majeure. Total liability does not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months.

The contract may be terminated with 30 days notice. Customer data will be available for export for 30 days after termination.
